Biography
Wendell Hoss played as principal
horn with the Los Angeles, Chicago, Cleveland,
Rochester, NBC, and Pittsburgh symphony orchestra.
He also spent eighteen years in the Walt Disney
studio recording orchestra and many other
Hollywood studio orchestras.
He taught at the Eastman School of
Music, the University of Wisconsin, the University
of Southern California at Santa Barbara, the Music
Academy of the West, San Diego State College and
the California Institute for the Arts.
First president of the Los Angeles
Horn Club.
