Bernard Brüchle
was born in Munich where he studied both the horn
and psychology. He is probably best known as the
author of a three-volume set called Horn
Bibliographie, published by Heinrichshofen
Wilhelmshaven.
It is a well known reference that contains
virtually everything published for the horn
(before 1983).
Brüchle has also co-authored with Kurt
Janetsky several illustrated books on the
horn, written in both German and English.
